Product appreciation period

In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law, there is a 7-day product appreciation period (7 days including holidays) from the time the product arrives in your hands.
If you need to return the product, please contact the customer service staff within 7 days of receiving the product and provide information such as "name", "order number", "contact number", "name of returned or exchanged product", "reason for return or exchange and photo", etc. Customer service staff will assist you in returning or exchanging goods after receiving them.

Instructions for returns and exchanges

Returned goods must be intact in packaging and complete with accessories, and are "new goods that will not affect secondary sales." If the goods have special packaging such as ziplock bags or cartons (excluding shipping packaging), they must also be kept intact without any damage and returned together.


Returns cannot be accepted under the following circumstances:

  1. The product appreciation period exceeds seven days.
  2. The product has been opened and used, or has been damaged due to human factors, such as stains, malfunctions, damage, wear, abrasions, scratches, and dirt.
  3. The packaging of returned goods is damaged and incomplete, or the invoice and accessories are missing.
  4. Malicious or mass returns.
  5. If you apply for a return or refund due to personal factors, if you order the same product next time, you will not be able to request another return or refund.


Return process

Fill out the contact form → Wait for a reply from customer service staff → Confirm that exchanges are available → Prepare complete products and invoices → Provide collection time, contact information, and address → Send the products back to us by yourself.


Refund instructions

Credit card payers: After confirming that the return is successful, the money will be directly refunded to the original payment credit card account.
